First slide was created in Power Point for the title page. Then I cross dissolved into the traveling pioneers which I edited in PSE using a ripple frame. Using the overlap transition, I went into the video clip of tall grasses. I chose not to use transitions between the pictures of the houses because I wanted them to be as if they were separate thoughts in the paper. I added text to the Custer Farm picture in PSE. When the picture of the town of Fremont, NE came up, I overlapped it into the video of a more current farm. I liked the disintegrating transition to show going from the old to the newer way of life. Then I transitioned by pushing that dated picture out and putting in an up to date picture in color. Overlapping to my last video clip to show what most of my students are familiar with, the city. I end with a collage done in PSE of the 3 families from the past 100 years. My bibliography was created in Power Point and put into the reflection-black theme.
Music was developed and looped in Garageband and placed in the movie. I did a voiceover for the narration.
